These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PWin Passport Services website and the services provided by S.R.P GROUP INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD.("we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

PWin Passport Services provides assistance with passport applications and renewals, Non LA visa applications and extensions, work permit applications and renewals, and 90-Day Report filing for long-stay Non LA visa holders in Thailand. We act as a facilitator to help you prepare and submit applications; final approval decisions rest solely with the relevant government agencies, including Thai Immigration and the Ministry of Labour.

2. No Guarantee of Government Approval

While we take care to prepare accurate and complete applications, we cannot guarantee that any government authority will approve, expedite, or issue any passport, visa, or document. Processing times, requirements, and outcomes are determined by the relevant authorities and may change without notice.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents;
• Respond to requests for additional information in a timely manner;
• Ensure you are legally entitled to apply for the document or service requested; and
• Comply with all applicable laws and the requirements of relevant authorities.

We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional fees resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees will be communicated to you before we begin work on your case. Government fees, courier charges, and other third-party costs are separate from our service fees and are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our work often begins promptly after engagement (for example, document review or appointment booking), refund eligibility depends on the stage of your case at the time of cancellation. Government fees and third-party costs already incurred are generally non-refundable. Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed with you at the time of engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S.R.P GROUP INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, denials, or additional costs imposed by government authorities. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

We handle the personal and travel document information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of S.R.P GROUP INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms
